Chef Philippe comes from Belgian chef family, his father is a well-known Michelin chef, with making exquisite cuisine for the aspirations of the fourth generation.

Philippe Chef have learned cooking skill in Belgium and France, and graduated from the famous Hotel School 'Duinen Ter', and then to learn cooking in Paris, and achieved HACCP (UK) professional certification.

Before joining the GODIVA to become a chocolate master, chef Philippe's footsteps have been all over the world's top hotels. He worked in India, Thailand, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Belgium and other well-known five-star hotels such as the Shangri La Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Hilton Hotel, served as division chief of dessert.

Rich working experience in all over the world make chef Philippe created the dessert with perfect fusion of GODIVA chocolate’s flavor and tastes in different regions.

Chef Philippe is currently based in Shanghai, mainly serves the development of chocolate and dessert in China and Asia Pacific area.
